Shipping and Returns

In Italy
Free shipping.
Purchased products will be shipped within 10–15 working days from the order date, via courier.

Abroad

EU countries
Shipping costs from €15, paid by the customer.
Delivery time from shipment: 10–15 working days.

Non-EU countries
Shipping costs apply. We will contact you to offer the most advantageous solution. Customs clearance costs are not included in the price.

How to return the product?

Returns are allowed by law within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Send an email to: info@eledor.it indicating the order number shown on the website and the reason for the return. The refund will be issued once the product has been received.

The product can only be returned in its original condition, with no signs of damage or wear. Items without the warranty tag will not be accepted.
