When you place an order, you submit a purchase offer. ELEDOR SHOP reserves the right to accept or reject the order for any reason, at its sole discretion. The order is not accepted until ELEDOR SHOP confirms its acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before the order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as ELEDOR SHOP may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. If an order is not accepted, modified or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time of ordering.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, customs procedures or events outside our control. Once products have been transferred to the courier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.
