In non - EU countries
Paid shipping costs. We will contact you to offer you the most advantageous solution.
The cost of customs clearance is not included in the price.
How to return the product?
Returns are permitted, by law, within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Send an email to: ordini@eledor.shop indicating the order number on the site and the reason for the return. Make the refund once you receive the product.
You can return the product only in its original condition, without signs of damage and wear. Items without a warranty tag will not be accepted.
